The embryology part is taken care by Dr Sushma Ved aged 63, who is one of the most experienced embryologists of India. .During1992 to 1994 she learned and established ICSI laboratory in the Unit of Reproductive Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Bonn, Germany and worked till 2004. During this period, she conducted more than 2000 ICSI procedures Including TESA and MESA and pioneered indoing ICSI procedures in Germany for 12 years.
Dr Renu believes that IVF is not the only solution to infertility. IVF is the last option and is generally done in only 30% of cases. Rest of the patients get treatment by medicines or smaller treatments like IUI,Hystroscopy,Laparoscopy etc.
